Carolyn’s passion for real estate began early while accompanying her mother, a real estate appraiser, to properties. It was there she learned that every home tells a story, and that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most meaningful milestones.
Before entering real estate, Carolyn spent 28 years in cardiology, where she developed the empathy, patience, and trust-centered approach that now defines her work with clients. Today, she brings that same people-first mindset to every transaction, guiding buyers and sellers with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and skilled negotiation.
Since launching her real estate career in 2022, Carolyn has quickly earned recognition including Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, and other industry honors, reflecting her dedication to exceptional service and results.
In 2025, Carolyn proudly partnered with her daughter, Madison Tait, to form the Phillips & Tate Real Estate Team.
